# Terms of Service

By using AnyPiP, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before installing or using the app.

## Agreement

By installing or using AnyPiP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

## License

AnyPiP is licensed, not sold. It is distributed through the Mac App Store, and your use of it is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

## What the app does

AnyPiP shows any part of any window on your Mac in a live Picture in Picture window that floats on top, and can notify you when that content changes or goes idle. All processing happens locally on your Mac.

## Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use AnyPiP and any content you display with it. You agree not to use the app:

- In violation of any applicable law
- To infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
- To capture or display confidential information without authorization

## Purchases and refunds

AnyPiP is free to try for 7 days. After that, a one-time In-App Purchase unlocks it for good, with no subscription. When the trial ends, new PiPs need the unlock, though open PiPs keep running.

Purchases are made through the Mac App Store, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

## No warranties

AnyPiP is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every app or video can be captured, or compatibility with every system configuration.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frmwrk Software Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any content displayed through it.

## Updates

We may release updates to improve or maintain AnyPiP. Updates may modify features or system requirements.

## Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AnyPiP if you violate these Terms.

## Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, and will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of AnyPiP after changes constitutes acceptance.

## Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
